The Soup Lady

That recipe is from a friend of mine and it's listed under Real People/Real Soup. It's called Suzie Q's White Chicken Chili.

I am looking for a lost recipe for Walnut soup made with skimmed evaporated milk, sherry etc.

My family is Greek, and growing up, the word 'minestra' was used to describe a small wheat pasta that we boiled and ate like rice. it is similar to orzo, I think.
