I saw your site for Portuguese Bean Soup
I live in Arizona and have never seen Portuguese sausage. Is there a product name I could order from my grocer? Also I am looking for a recipe for Portuguse Soupish. I had it once and it was a delicious boiled beef dish. Thanks, Saundra

Hi,
The best brand of Linguica I have ever tasted is made by Silva and readily available in Central California. Silva also makes a Turkey Linguica for those, like me, who do not eat pork. I have a family recipe for Soupish. If you would like it email me at Rodrigues34zajs@hotmail.com. Please mention soupish recipe in your subject line.
Good luck ! :)
