I suppose that's a bear but it looks like a dog to me but right now everything looks like a dog to me.
I completely love this idea! I wish we had these sort of grates in Olympia because I'd try to do it too!

Don't tell me that's New York. Because we are the type of place to have something creepy like that tied to the subway grates and have not one single person stop to stare. Obviously nothing phases us.

I know a dog when I see one, inflatable or not. And redneck that I am, I'd be standing there gawking at the thing, thinking it the 8th wonder of the world.
I'm Dachshund, Dachshund, Dachshund, even though I've a perfectly good Collie in the house. It doesn't go away.
